Old gateway gaming upgrade

So I'm looking to upgrade my old gateway lx6810-01 to something more SCII worthy. I need a new video card for sure, and most likely a PSU, and I'm contemplating putting all this in a new case as the stock case has poor cooling. I'm trying to maintain a ~$350 budget. Monitor resolution is 1680x1050, and I occasionally watch movies on a 1080p tv, no gaming on that though.

Current specs: Current box

Upgrades I'm looking at-
GFX card: Radeon 6850

PSU: Antec 500w

Case: Antec 300

Comes to about $320 after shipping, so will it work? Any better options?

That looks reasonable. Any way you can improve the airflow in your current case being a midi tower?

Thanks for the reply! Only way I can see to really improve the airflow would be to tear out the hot swap bays and jury rig a fan there, I'll look into it, may not need a case after all.
