Is this PSU any good

Is the 500w 80 plus Blue Storm pro a good psu.How does it compare with Thermal Lake and Cooler Master .If not the suggest any other one .my current rig is

i3 530 2.9ghz
dh55tc motherboard
4gb ram
Acer x193 hq 1366x768 lcd
HP dvd 1260
400w psu

And I am going to buy a gpu probably a 6850 Black Edition.Unfortunately Antec and Crosair PSu are not easily available in my country.

The Blue Storm brand/model is made by FSP. In my experience, they are a good quality low cost brand and a good value.
The 6850 needs such a 500w psu.

My short list of top quality psu's would include Corsair, Seasonic, XFX, Antec, and PC P&C.

On the other hand, 30 amps is good from a 400 watt PSU. From a 500 watt PSU, it's pitiful.
