I hope you can help me because my tech guy doesn't seem to get back to me.
I downloaded windows media player 11 a month or so ago and when it rebooted I got a black screen with the cursor blinking in the top left corner.
After about an hour it will come on.
My tech guy had me try to get into safemode? Whatever you get into when you press the F8 key upon booting up and couldn't get where he wanted.
Once it came on he remoted to my computer and put the date back before I did the download but it's still not working.
It can go for 5 or six days and work fine and then not work. It hasn't been working for the last 4 days.
Any help would be appreciated. I can't get any work done for the first hour of the day.
