BSOD: Windows 8 crashing all the time

Hello, I am having a lot of problems with my pc crashing all the time, I thought that upgrading to Windows 8 will help but it is still crashing, also my web browsers crash all the time. I dont know what the problem is, so i am hoping this comunnity can help me.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

This error is displayed due to improper memory management, or incorrect logical structure of the hard disk drive partition on which Windows 8 is installed. Sometimes this problem can be resolved by a simple restart of the computer. If this not works, follow the link given below:
