BSOD: Windows 8 crashing all the time

Hello, I am having a lot of problems with my pc crashing all the time, I thought that upgrading to Windows 8 will help but it is still crashing, also my web browsers crash all the time. I dont know what the problem is, so i am hoping this comunnity can help me.

BSODs are mostly occurs due to any faulty hardware device, inappropriate or incompatible device driver or software application. you can resolve these issues by simply by removing or updating the culprit device or driver. MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

This error occurs due to invalid system memory due to corrupt NTFS volume and system services, incorrect registry entries, installation of an incompatible hardware such as HDD, RAM, etc. Sometimes also due to outdated or incompatible driver, installed on the computer.
