Updated bios, now Vista won't load - Asus M3A78

I upgraded my Asus M3A78 motherboard to the newest bios and now Windows Vista 64bit will not load. I am unable to roll back the bios so now I'm not sure what to do. PC posts and I can enter set-up, but when it comes time for Windows to load, I'm asked to load normal, etc. but none of the options works. The PC just reboots itself again. Suggestions?

I have a Windows Vista 64 bit recovery disk and that still doesn't fix it. It says the boot manager is gone or corrupt. I've tried repairing and rebuilding, but still nothing. Ideas?
