Memory Configuration?

I have an Asus P8Z68-V LX Motherboard and An Intel Core i5 2400 Processor. I am currently running 2x2gb of Kingston DDR3 Memory.

My Question is if I can uprgade with 2x4gb DDR3 Memory to bring the total to 12gb.

Is there a problem?
Does it matter what brand, speed, etc. I get?
Should I put the 4s and 2s in specific slots?

Physically, yes you can. You need to get the exact specs of your current RAM (CAS, speed, etc) and match it as close as possible for the best compatibility.
