Nice Build. no issues with you choices except:
The COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus will most likely block the first ram slot for tall ram like the RipJaws they need about 41mm of clearance and the Hyper 212 on gives about 37mm.

For thermal paste you want to go with Tuniq or Shin-etsu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835150080&cm_re=Shin-Etsu-_-35-150-080-_-Product. Keep in mind we're only talking about 1-2 degrees cooler under load, so spending over $10 on grease just isn't worth it.
Yeah, $15 is a little much. get the smallest container you can, you only need a bb sized drop.
Here is a review of 80 different thermal compounds. anything in the top 2 categories will work just fine. price shop and compare.
the most of the Shin-etsu branded compounds are rated well. for the average person most of them are just fine. If you are going to do some Over Clocking you might want some good stuff though.
