Dell laptop n4010 is not starting if it is shutdowned

my dell n4010 (14R) is working fine if no software is installed on win 7 but after installing small software of daily use. If shutdowned is being not able to start.what kind of proble is this. hardware or software. plz provide me help

What did you install that caused your computer not to start ?
