850W enough for SLI?

I have a Corsair HX 850 (Single rail) PSU already and wanted to know if it enough to handle this build.

- Core i5 2500K (probably will overclock)
- Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3
- 2x EVGA 570 GTX cards in SLI (both are the stock clocked models)
- Crucial M4 64GB SSD
- Vertex 2 120GB SSD
- GSKill 1.5V DDR3 1600 RAM.

I have the components but haven't built it yet because I still can't decide on a case.

Yeah it has plenty of power for even 2 GTX 580s or 480s in SLI, your system will be fine with it.
