Hello Tom's Community!

I post a build recently and here what I'm going to buy :

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371015 Antec EarthWatts 650W
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145251 Corsair XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB)
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.622014 i5-2500k & MSI mobo
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.620387 HD 6870 & free game

The Motherboard, CPU and Graphic card are already bought and I'm waiting for their arrival on next week.
Please don't hesitate to give me your thinking about the build and new advice on the RAM and PSU.

My real question though is about the Computer Case, CPU Cooler and Fans.
Does any mid-computer case fit with my build ? What CPU cooler would be the best ?

Thanks again!

Any ATX mid tower will work with your build. However, there are good and bad choices out there. I generally recommend looking at the Rosewill Destroyer, Rosewill Challenger, Antec 300 Illusion, Coolermaster 690, and Coolermaster HAF 922. Those are all extremely high quality, high performance choices. I don't usually find myself recommending something more expensive than the Rosewill's now days.

As for a HSF, the best cheap option is the Scythe Mugen 2 Rev. B (SCMG-2100). It's around $40 (US), but it's one of the best coolers you can get.

You do need some thermal paste. However, the vast majority of HSFs come with some either preapplied to the heatsink or included along with it. So you don't need to buy anything specifically as long as you make sure what you're buying comes with paste. As far as I know, the Scythe HSF I mentioned will come with paste. Some people swear that the aftermarket pastes are "better", but really, they're all the same until you start trying to break overclocking records.

I bought the CPU cooler you suggested me too but it seems that it fits only LGA1156 socket and a lot more but mine is a LGA1155 and Im not able to install it on my mobo... Do you have any tutorial for me for 1155 ?
