Game crashes

Hello,
I currently bought the XFX Radeon HD 6850 with the MOH game bundle. after installing the driver and the game, started the games and once in the main menu it began to freeze and then crash on me. I then tried playing Rainbow Six 2 on it and things look sketchy. With the pixels would act up. That wouldn't happen with the HD 5770 card that i had prior. Anybody have any ideas why this would be happening.

Install the newest drivers from AMD's website; sometimes the ones with the card are glitchy

i did that but it's still acting up. could it be that my psu isn't strong enough for the video card? Its hard to believe that the 5770 is better than the 6850.

Depends, what PSU do you have?

Did you completely uninstall the old drivers and clean with something such as driversweeper or driver cleaner between cards?

Also, did you install the 11.1 or the 11.1a drivers?

i did all of the above. restarted my computer and Rainbow six works now, but im still getting problems with MOH. im getting horizontal lines moving up my screen.

Turn the vsync on in MOH. Does that help?
