Depends on budget. Look for either a p67 chipset or z68 chipset motherboard.
I like ASUS and Gigabyte ones

First: there is no 2400K sold commercially. Intel may have had a small internal run for testing, but no such product has been sold commercially to date.

If you have a 2500K then go with a Z68 Gen 3 chipset. Otherwise if it is a 2400 series then stick with the H67 chipset as you can't OC a 2400.
