this is what im talking about

i put this in, and it says 366 Watts reccomended, 316 minimum.

How accurate is this? And does that mean that its safe to use a 430 watt psu?

gonna use the corsair cx 430watt psu v2, cus its so cheap!

my build is

phenom 955
5770 1gb
4gb ddr3 ram
500gb 7200rpm hdd sata
dvd rw sata
MAYBE 1 network card
1 80mm and 1 120mm fan

and all of that says about 366 watts reccomended

Accuracy ?
It provides a psu wattage reccomendation that allows for some power overhead.
Accuracy comes into play when you are inputting your components ( having a quad core doesn't mean 4 cpu's ).
You would be safe running your system with a decent quality power supply in the reccomended wattage range, more isn't going to hurt.
