I just removed my 4 256 memory cards from my dell dimension 5100 and replaced them with 4 1 gb cards...computer working fine except my usb ports are not recognizing my flash drives and my back upsystem...keyboard and mouse ok...any quick fixes to this?

Have you tried swapping around the hardware. Do the keyboard and mouse always work whatever port you use?

Try updating your motherboard drivers / BIOS. I there is a rare problem with USB2.0 devices and 4+ Gb of memory on some boards
