Desire new video card

Hello,
I would like to upgrade my AGP card to a more recent one. Mine is keyed for 1.5v and the motherboard supports only AGP8x/4x
Any suggestions?

Not without knowing what you are starting with. I think an HD 4650 is about as good as you can get these days. AGP has been obsolete since 2005 or so.

lol upgrading a gfx card on an agp board? lol why not just spend some money and upgrade the mobo/comp.

Could be several reasons he wants to do this, we may never know
Need a little more information to actually answer his question though.
Think Nvidia wise wasn't it a 7800gtx that is agp. Not sure you will find one though . I think i may have one in a box some where still though may have to look.

All good answers, thanks. The only reason that I was looking to do an upgrade on an older system is #1- I'm out of work and just like to tinker when I get bored
#2- I spent some money on a real nice Asus laptop. Temporarily I would like to try something just to see what I would get as opposed to my old NvidiaGeForce 3 Ti300. I built this when I got a bundle package before Asus put the K8Vse Deluxe out on the market along with the AMD Athalon 64/3200+

The 4650 or a 78xx series is about as good as you will get.
I know the ATI cards will probably be easier to find.

Also several on new egg just make sure you filter got AGP.
