I purchased a Seasonic x-660 80+ Gold Modular PSU, a Sapphire Radeon 6970 (2GB), and an i5-2500K. Will the PSU support these components, and will it support overclocking the i5-2500k?

I'll also be running a 2TB HD and 120GB SSD, CD/DVD R/W, 8gb Corsair Vengeance RAM.

Thanks for your help!

Right to the point, appreciate it.

Is there software I can install to give me a real-time display of what I'm using?

A kill-a-watt meter plugged into the wall would give you your draw at the wall, but without some pretty specialized equipment its pretty hard to know what you are pulling from the unit. Since its an X series the amount from the wall will only be about 10% more than the amount from the unit and i doubt that even with OCing you will break about 550W from the wall.
