So I'm currently planning my first build, and all of my parts are pretty much locked in, but I can't seem to pick a good quality motherboard that has all the features I want/need, mostly because I don't know exactly what I should be looking for. I'm using a 2500k as my cpu and a rosewill blackhawk as my case, hoping you guys can help with this.

Requirements/It'd be pretty nice:

Internal usb 3.0 header, the case I have has front facing ports and I want to be able to use all my cases features.

Needs to be able overclock decently well, looking to get into that in the near future.

One of the new Bios that you can navigate with a mouse would be nice but not required.

I'm planning to SLI in the future, so something that can run at least x8/x8 would be lovely.

PCI 3.0 slots that would work if I decide to upgrade to Ivy Bridge in the future would be nice, but also not required.

I'm leaning more towards a z68 chipset, but a p67 would work just fine if something can be found with all these things. Thanks for the help you guys. Some boards I've already found with at least the 3.0 header are these:
