How to setup ftp can access outside of my network

hi i create an ftp local host and i can access this only belong to my network. then i registered to dyndns.org to access my FTP anywhere but i can access only http://mydomain.dyndns.org using my external IP.when i use my external IP as a FTP
the screen it just a blank white screen.anyone can help me to access my ftp outside
