Help required for mobo

I want a crossfire supported mobo plz help me, my budget is around $110
I have core 2 quad q6600
will use graphic card ati 6790.
Plz help i am unable to buy gigabyte as they are difficult to be found in my region. ASUS or INTEL are appreciated

i have checked its specs on the newegg, all suits my demands but feedback worries me, they say it is unstable and other stuff. what about that? here is the link

I had one. It was perfectly stable and I was able to get a 2.33GHz Q8200 to 3.1GHz. The Q8200 is not known for it's overclocking ability, but with all the boards options, it worked great.

The link you provided is for the Deluxe with WiFi. I had JUST the P5Q3:

The WiFi on the other is garbage 150mbit, I had a Linksys 600mbit adapter in a PCI slot, so I didn't need the WiFi part anyway...

Thanks alot.
In supported CPU column it says FSB 1600/1333mhz and in memory column it sys standard memory 1600 (1800 over clocked)
My processor has 1066 fsb, and if i add ram with 1333 or 1066 mhz bus speed, will it support it?
