Motherboard standby signal

Hello, I just built a new pc,
this is the specs:
i7 2600
mb intel dh67bl
ram 4gb
gpu 5670
1tb hard disk
case simbadda,

at first, It was built with simbadda psu, then I changed it to seasonic m12 520w.

the problem is, after I change to that psu.

it is really hard to on my computer.

there is a standby light in the motherboard, when the light is blinking, I cant on it. anyone know why?

OK, check if u have the 8-pin plugged in to the motherboard!

you meant 8-pin which is dividid into 4x2 near the processor?

The CPU power connector is usually referred to as the "12v ATX" connector in the owners manual.

yes it has already connected, my computer can be turned on if the light is not flash, and everything works fine after it's on, it does not restart by itself or off by itself.
