CAN I PUT AN ATI RADEON HD5450 1 GB DDR 3 IN A ATHLON II X2 250

HI I'M LOKING TO UPGRADE MY GRAPHICS CARD TO ATI RADEON HD5450 1GB DDR3 PCI EXP 2.1 IN MY AMD ATHLON II X2 250 COMPUTER WHAT WOULD I NEED TO DO I HAVE 512 MB RADEON HD4350 AND JUST WANT TO UPGRADE

    Well, its likely you have a pci express slot for a graphics card but not guaranteed. We need to know more about your system to verify this. Who is the manufacturer? Model?

    Also that is a low profile card so it should fit many form factors, including micro ATX. It is not a very fast card however, not much of an upgrade from integrated video. Have you researched this card?

    You can see the HD 5450 is just barely 1 tier up from the HD 4350. It is likely you wouldn't even notice the difference.

    I would look at some cards in the 50-75 dollar range for an upgrade. A $30 card will not give you a boost. Take a look at the HD 5570 for $65, it is recommended from the same article:

  6. ^Easy, you don't need to type in all caps. I would think that you could probably just put a 5450 in there and it would be fine.

    Ok... but did you see the chart? That's not going to do much beyond what the OP already has with the 4350..
