Well, its likely you have a pci express slot for a graphics card but not guaranteed. We need to know more about your system to verify this. Who is the manufacturer? Model?

Also that is a low profile card so it should fit many form factors, including micro ATX. It is not a very fast card however, not much of an upgrade from integrated video. Have you researched this card?

You can see the HD 5450 is just barely 1 tier up from the HD 4350. It is likely you wouldn't even notice the difference.

I would look at some cards in the 50-75 dollar range for an upgrade. A $30 card will not give you a boost. Take a look at the HD 5570 for $65, it is recommended from the same article:
