Gaming PC: Compatibility check and case recommendation

Hi guys! I just signed up and am hoping you guys can help me figure out if my system I am putting together will work correctly and everything. I have not chosen a case or cooling system yet because I am not sure what all I have to look at to narrow down my search, so I will definitely need some advice about that. Other than that, I would like to know if the MoBo is sufficient for the RAM, video card, etc. Thanks in advance!

Sound will use integrated sound, ethernet for internet, I have my own mouse and keyboard (Razer Tarantula and Razer Lachesis)

I would like to overclock the processor to maybe 3.5-3.6GHz, as long as it isn't overheating things (again need a cooling system).

Please feel free to recommend cases and cooling systems which would work with this configuration (assuming it's all ok). As for the case, I would like a fan in front, side fans are ok, top fan I would prefer not to have. A side window isn't a big deal to me, and preferrably not a lot of lights.

EDIT: My budget for this is roughly $3000-$3500

Why GTX590 when you can get 2xGTX570 giving similar/better performance at about 40-50$ less?

MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr II OC GeForce GTX 570, put 2 of these in SLI and max out any game out there for 50$ less.
