Is the Nvidia GTX 470 1280MB DDR5 320 BIT compatible with a "ACPI MULTIPROCESSOR COMPUTER"?
I mean can this motherboard run the display adapter?

Thats not what we need to know. You need a 915 chipset or better for Intel, S939 for AMD. I believe the NF5 was PCIe for Nvidia? Even then for such a GPU you'll want a fast dual core or better. And a large power supply. In short we need full system specs to answer.
