Cpu temp. reaches 60-75 degrees pentium D925 3.0GHZ on ECS P4M890T motherboard

is it normal or Hot, for my pentium D 925 3.0GHZ with ECS P4M890T motherboard reaches cpu temperature 60-75 degrees? sometimes when play games call of duty blacks ops it could not plays straight it will stop a while on and on. what matters to this my video card is 1GB geforce 8400GS with 1GB ddr2 of RAM, does this matter with its RAM? its runs perfectly with my AMD same Video Card but 2GB of RAM. please help...

Could be a chipset driver problem or video driver issue. Hard to pinpoint. I wouldn't start spending $$ on your old board. Wait for a complete upgrade cpu/board/ram.
