Gaming Build Parts and Advice?

Hello I am building a new system and would like some advice on what to get. I don't know when I will purchase it but probably sometime next month. My budget is $1,200 or less. I will be using this system for gaming. I would prefer it if the parts were from Newegg.com but it does not matter very much. I am looking for a good 120mm fan, a surge protector (link please) , and a good power supply for what i'm building. Also I am wondering if the parts I picked below are all compatible with each other. Please notify me if I'm forgetting something a computer needs. I'm not going to crossfire/sli. Oh and my monitor is 1400x900 and I am not going to overclock.
