I'm getting ready to buy/build a new system, and this is what I'm looking at (this is from the ibuypower config)

Case CoolerMaster HAF 922 Gaming Case
Processor 1 x Intel® Core™ i5-2500K Processor (4x 3.30GHz/6MB L3 Cache)-
Processor Cooling 1 x Liquid CPU Cooling System [SOCKET-1155 & 1156]-[ Standard 120mm Fan
Memory 1 x 8 GB [2 GB X4] DDR3-1600 Memory Module-Corsair or Major Brand
Video Card 1 x AMD Radeon HD 6950 - 2GB-Single Card
Motherboard 1x [SLI] ASUS P8P67 PRO -- 3x PCI-E 2.0 x16, On-Board Bluetooth-
Motherboard USB / SATA Interface 1 x Motherboard default USB / SATA Interface-
Power Supply 1 x 750 Watt -- Corsair CMPSU-750TX-
Primary Hard Drive 1 x 1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s-Single Drive
Optical Drive 1 x 24X Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive-Black
Flash Media Reader / Writer 1 x 12-In-1 Internal Flash Media Card Reader/Writer-Black
Sound Card 1 x 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard-
Network Card 1 x Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)-
Operating System 1 x None- Pre-formatted Hard Drive Only-

I like the case because of the cooling options, but I'm wondering if I'm getting the best for the money (this whole deal would be $1200 if I had it built)

My main concerns are if the cooling will be enough for some light overclocking or if I'm just going overkill in some areas. Main purpose for the rig will be gaming/main home PC (though that hardly matters), resolution of 1600x1050. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

IS the liquid cooling the Corsair H70? If so, I think it's overpriced for the performance, a cheaper tower cooler could probably do a better job with lower noise as well, it will just be bigger.

No, this is just the ibuyPower default liquid cooling. If I go with them, it's probably what I will get, otherwise I will have to select a decent heat sink

Do you know what WC they are selling? Most "all-in-one" WC don't offer any advantage over good air coolers and usually cost more.

For the memory, if you could get 2x4GB instead of 4x2GB, it would be better.

Have any brand on this HDD?

I'm assuming it's the "generic" WC ibuypower usually offers (their free upgrade, so it's cheaper than the normal air cooler)

as for the HDD, it's a Western Digital. Seems to be a decent brand for the money (though in the future I will invest in a solid state drive)
