I wanna buy Nvidia cuda card with amd phenom II x6 1100t processor. which motherboard should I go for ?

Doesn't matter. Any AM3 motherboard will take an Nvidia card, there is relation.

For the sake of simplicity, though, go for one that's already 6-core ready. Saves you the trouble of reflashing your BIOS.

I'd advise against the 1100T. Depending on your usage, it's not worth it at all. You will see worse performance than a Core i3-2100 in gaming scenarios. I'd recommend getting a Core i5-2500k and an ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte mobo, paired with a Gigabyte 1GHz Super Overclocked Edition GTX 560Ti.

What we really need to know is what you want to use this computer for and what your budget is. Without this info, it's sorta hard to give you advice
