Can my MOBO have PCI Graphics?

Hey guys, I have this motherboard.

it has 3 PCI slots, and 1 AGP.
I currently use AGP Graphics, would I be able to use a PCI Graphics card as there are PCI slots? or can I not as the (4th) slot isnt a PCI slot and is AGP??

Modern graphics cards are generally PCI Express (PCI-E) x16, while those ports appear to be regular PCI. PCI is not compatible with PCI-E. An AGP card is much better than a PCI card.

I believe this is correct, can anyone else confirm this?
