ASUS A7N8X ethernet drivers

Can you direct me where I would need to go to find the drivers which would fix issues I am having with it saying that the drivers arent installed. When I go to task manager the yellow ? ! come up by everything under the Ethernet section. I just tried to look on the computer I am using now to tell you exactly what the issues were but my computer doesn't seem to even show anything about ethernet in my device manager, so hopefully you know what I mean.
