I'd say the best AGP card you can actually buy is the ATI Radeon HD 4650. Depending on what OS you're using, I think you should rather base your purchase on the drivers available lol. I recently was setting up a laptop with Win98, and the one part I could not find drivers for was the GPU. So I went ahead and installed Ubuntu 10.10.

Actually it is a AGP slot, and the motherboard I was planning on using is a MSI 694T PRO it has a 4x AGP slot I am not sure about the voltage requirements for the AGP slot but thanks in advance for all for your responses is any one familiar with that motherboard? Again any suggestions I would like to run all of the games a max graphic settings @ like 80+ fps
