It says right in the description :

Memory StandardDDR2 1066 / 800 / 667 / 533

DDR3 1600 / 1333 / 1066 / 800

(please note:

* DDR3 and DDR2 are supported separately

* DDR3 memory is only supported by installing AM3 cpu)

This means one or the other,not both, and it has to be an AM3 cpu if you are gonna use ddr3.
If its an AM 2+ cpu you have to use ddr2, with the AM3 cpu you can use ddr2 or ddr3. I guess the advantage is you could upgrade to an AM3 cpu, and then later upgrade to ddr3 ram

Ah, okay. So, I need a processor/RAM/mobo upgrade? Alright then, a bit more expensive than I though, haha.
