Configure SSE with old CPU (1200 Athlon)

unable to install Silver light on my computer the CPU will not handle SSE file's.
I have a Thunderbird 1200 Athlon on a PC Chips board

The Thunderbird was the last of AMD's processors to not support SSE, you need at least an Athlon XP.
