If ya can stretch ta budget a bit, a case upgrade to one of these is recommended:

Antec DF-85 w/ CP-850 (+55) - As good as the XFX Black is, the CP-850 is better, quieter, more powerful and cheaper, but it only fits in the DF-85, 1200, P183 and P193
HAF-X w/ XFX Black 850 (+90)

at current prices (promo code) i would go with
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151087&Tpk=x750
but the antec and xfx power supplies are also nice.

also, i think there are many good cases to choose from at that price level. if youre gonna spend over $100 dollars you should spend it on a case that cools well AND you like the look of because youre going to be seeing it all the time.

also keep in mind that some of those are after rebate prices.
