Looking for a simple case of good quality

There seems to a dearth of cases on the market which provide 4 usb connectors on the front of the case.

Does anyone know of a good case that provides the following:

4 good quality USB connectors
USB connectors, under the expansion bays and/or beside the 3.5 expansion bays if any.
Multiple loci for installation of 120mm fans.
Not supper flimsy, but doesn't have to be top of the line either.

I do not want:

Side panels/windows.
Spiny lights.
Oddly shaped case.
PSU included.

I would prefer:
PSU on the top.
monochromatic (black top choice for color) color scheme.

Here is probably the closest I could find to your liking (beside top mounted psu)
I Did not know your budget. It has 4 usb 2.0, 1 usb 3.0 , 2 open 120mm fan

I could not find any with both 4 usb and top mounted PSU sorry. There are some other options as well, but sticking with your preferences I put up no side panel windows.

Cool man, thanks for your suggestions. I was hoping to find one where having my phone plugged into the USB ports wouldn't get in the way of the drive bay.

I guess I may have to let go of some of my requirements. 2 USB ports are just so much more common than 4.

You can always get a front panel with usb ports. They come in 3.5 and 5.5 sizes.

Geofelt makes a good point. That is probably your best bet if you want more usb ports. Also solves your cord issue. I was just trying to find the best fit for your specifications.
