Antec 380D enough for a 5770?

Have the following set up:

Antec earthwatts 380D PSU
4 GB muskin RAM
Spinpoint F3 500GB HDD
Athlon X3 435 2.9GHz CPU
BIOSTAR A880G+ mobo

Could I throw in a 5770 GPU and be fine?

Yes it is plenty for that setup with a single HD5770.
