Today I cleaned my CPU fan then after I reattached it my pc powered on but didn't beep or boot   , I reset the bios, checked that the CPU was in properly, checked video card, etc... Nothing worked, but when I switched my 1gb ram with my 2 gb ram and left out the 2gb ram the computer started up fine and it said something about my CPU being new and needs to be configured or something   , then when I put the 2gb back where the 1gb used to be the pc still works but when I go to system info it still reads 1gb available and 3gb installed, task manager also shows that I only have 1gb, my ram used to work, how do I fix this?
