So I'm a couple of days away of building my newest rig in 5-6 years or something. And I'm wondering if the 550W PSU I acquired is functional for this setup:

CPU: Intel i5 2500 (3.3 GHz)
Mobo: MSI H67MA-E35 (B3)
GPU: ATI Sapphire HD 6870
Case with 1 regular 120mm fan + 4 LED 120mm fans
1 HDD
1 CD/DVD RW drive
1 Card Reader drive

So I bought a XFX Pro 550W Core Edition. It is a single rail unit, with a maximum output of 44 apms from the 12v rail. Should this be more than enough to power the system? Minimum recommended for the 6870 is a 500W PSU.

I'm not planning on doing any overclocking. Might boost up the i5 to turbo mode or OC the 6870 a bit but if I do it will be on extremely rare occasions and will only be a bit. Hell I'm not even sure if I can do this on a H67 motherboard.

Well, any thought would be appreciated. Thank you. :)
