Which Motherboard?

Simple question, which motherboard should i go for, The Asrock one is quite a bit a bit cheaper but the Gigabyte one looks like it has more features.

So which one would you go for?

I prefer the Gigabyte one.Looks better and I've had problems in the past with ASRock. I would go with Gigabyte all the way.
