Want new Graphics Card

Hello, am using a Radeon 4670 which is getting a bit long in the tooth like its owner, would like a more upto date card but not one that will break the bank. Anu suggestions. I only run games very occasionally but like HD movies.

And whats your full system specs?What is the make/model of your power supply?

I think,depending on your system,a good mid level card would be the 5670.It doesn't use much power has DX11 and can playback in full 1080p.And can support 3D and Blu-ray through a display port.
