Looks good. You'll want the 64-bit version of windows as the 32-bit version caps you at 4 GB of RAM. Now maybe you'll never upgrade to 8 GB that's reasonable but 32/64 bit versions are usually the same price so unless you have another reason, go with 64-bit Win7.

Rest looks good to me, 5770 is a bit on the low side if you are gaming but good luck!
