Which upgrade would you rather have?

Later in the summer, I'm planning on updating my computer a little bit.

Right now I have:
Phenom II x4 965 w/ Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Asus M4A88TD-V Evo
EVGA Geforce GTX 560 Ti FPB
8Gb (2x4gb) G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1333
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500Gb (OS/applications)
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1Tb (Fraps/storage)
Corsair 750TX V2 (went higher here for more upgradeability)
HAF 912

I'm mainly a gamer who likes to record with Fraps. The games aren't extremely graphically intense (CoD:4, CoD:BO, CS:S, some MMOs like RS), but rather would benefit even more with a better CPU. I also like editing with Sony Vegas and I'm loving the fast render times (~12 mins for a 3 min video with a ton of effects, compared to a laptop that rendered 3 min videos in 1 hour).

My question is, would you rather?:
-Upgrade to Sandy Bridge (probably an i5-2500, possibly a i7 2600 (no overclocking for me)) with a nice P67 Motherboard
-Buy an SSD when prices come down a bit (~120GB)
-Wait...for new things to come out

More about which upgrade have
  1. Buy an ssd, prices aren't expensive, amazon has a 120gb ocz vertex 2 for $210 also
instead of sandy bridge which would mean new motherboard and CPU just go for an X6 or
If you have the money then wait for Z68 intel and get a vertex 3 ssd
