My case is Dell Dimension E520. I need a DEFINITE answer, so I don't have to return it. My case currently has a motherboard named "Dell 0WG864".

No. You need a new case. The dell e520 case is a btx format; no newer motherboards will work with it. The motherboard ports are on the wrong side. Atx cases start at around $25 shipped at newegg with any number of promo deals with free shipping. The antec 300 is a popular atx case that goes for around $60. I recommend it.
