Is it possible to OC a non-K SandyBridge?

In the older tech like Core2 and Pentium 4 you could OC by upping the FSB
With the I series what was the Northbridge is moved onto the die and the I series doesnt have a FSB.
So is there a way to OC without playing with the multiplier?

Solution
Hi.

Yes and no, you can do it but the non K series is limited to only overclock 10%-15% because the FSB is linked with the USB ports.
