I agree with what AdrianPerry said. You'd be fine with an 850W if you can afford one over a 750W. The XFX 850W (XXX Edition) and Corsair HX 850 are two great choices.

XFX 850W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207017
Corsair 850W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011

They're both great PSU's, so you shouldn't be disappointing with either. If I was in the US, I'd probably take the XFX simple for the fact it is cheaper and looks somewhat better than the Corsair.

The Seasonic X series is also worth considering, although it is more expensive than the two above: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151102

Another option is the PC Power and Cooling 950W, which will...

Id recommend minimum 750w, ideally 850w. Any Corsair, Antec, XFX branded PSU with a good 80 PLUS rating (minimum Bronze, ideally silver/gold).

Modular PSU's also make life alot easier. The Corsair HX 850w is probably one of your best choices.

Another option is the PC Power and Cooling 950W, which will provide even more power with 80Plus Silver rating. Although I wasn't too sure about it due to negative reviews and felt more comfortable choosing the HX850:
PC P&C 950W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703028

mousemonkey is right though, you could probably go with something around 650W and manage. 750W is a safer choice, and 850W is if you want to make sure you have room for any significant upgrades or want to run quieter with a smaller load.

Some 650W PSU's to consider:
Corsair HX620 (620W and no longer on Newegg, but you could likely find it somewhere else)
Corsair TX650 V2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020

This review shows the power consumption of a system with an i7-965 (more power hungry than an i5-2500K, it's an 130W TDP CPU afterall and from a previous generation and built on a larger process) to be 449W at the wall. So take 10-20% off that number due to the efficiency of the power supply they used to get the actual system power draw and you will likely have a worst case maximum power draw for your system. Which is ~400W. Such a load would only stress a good 650W PSU to ~61%.

So as far as I'm concerned the only reason to get a PSU larger than 650W is to accommodate lots of upgrading.

Secondly you have to make sure that your PSU has four PCIe connectors, if it has any less then you will have to use peripheral to PCIe adapters, which I would suggest avoiding if possible. The 650TXV2 only has two PCIe connectors and the HX620 is EOL, btw.
