Yes, many cases are coming that provide for the 2.5" drives, saidly yours does not from what I could find.
On the adaptor (2.5"->3.5") The SSDs are all manuf to the same spec (size and mounting screws) so the OCZ adaptor should work with any 2.5" drives, and that incluses the laptop HDDs in adition to SSDs.
