My pc too noisi

hello...
i want your advice... my pc is to noisy :

intel core i3-2100
msi h67-ma-e45
msi 5770 jupiner 1gb ddr 5

i think the cpu and vga fan is too noisy...especially the vga fan,,when the system are at load the fan is so noisy..
im intending to add fan for my vga and cpu.....
my budget for each fan is 20$

any advice which brand is best for me ?

I found the stock i3 cooler to be pretty quiet. Are you sure it's not your power supply that's making the noise?

Your gpu isn't under load unless your gaming, and if your gaming and you have your speakers on you should not be able to hear a fan.

Turn up the sound.

I have the same cpu and fan and I can't hear mine at all, even with no sound on.
