Low budget gaming pc configuration

Hi, dis is godfather@18. and i want to buy a gaming pc of very low budget. all i need is a processor preferrably intel, graphics card, and a motherboard. i have all other pc components. my choice is:

Intel Core 2 Duo high end model
Asus motherboard
Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX+ any brand

Is the above mentioned configuration ok.
Please reply keeping in mind that the parts are available in INDIA

for the prices of cor2duos, which are 2 geneations old now, you can get a more modern and faster intel quad. 9800 GTX are also rarer than hens teeth now.

I'd suggest something like my own build as a good budget game PC:

i5-2400
H61 motherboard
4 GB of DDR3-1333 RAM
500 GB hard drive
GTX 460 if you want nvidia, HD 6850 if you want AMD\
a 450-550W 80+ Bronze PSU from Antec, Corsair, XFX, Silverstone, Seasonic
a case to your choice
a cheap DVD burner.

This should run about $600 US, and something similar in India translated to Rupees

let me tell u that the processor and graphics card u have mentioned is very expensive.
and i am not a twit.
