Help chosing a PSU

I need to know how many Watts PSU I need for this setup:
6gb ram, ASUS p7h55 motherboard, Intel i5 i5 2500/ 3.3 ghz CPU, VC PALIT GTX 560 1 gb 256bit Video card.
I was thinking of going 550-600 Watts. Will this be enough or do I need more?

Yes that would be plenty. A decent 450 is plenty for that single GPU.
