F1A55-m LX Plus - Rear ports arent functioning

Hello! This is my first build. I'm having problems with none of the ports on the Mobo working. Mostly VGA, and USB.

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong I've checked for a while now for troubleshooting in this area but I can't seem to find anything.

Problem solved, bench test gave me better look at jumpers. CMOS jumper in reset position.
