Weatherman was wrong and it was nice at 66 degrees and Sunny.

It also depends on how small of a portion you use out of the original
picture.

Some of these are 35% of the original image blown up to 8x10. Not great
but Ok.

You thought wrong, but really, these images are so full of JPEG
compression, I don't know how you can see the noise.
